Lack of exercise is killing twice as many compared with overweight

According to a new study by researchers at the University of Cambridge inactivity causes 676 000 deaths in Europe every year, while overweight just take the life of 337 000 people. The study also shows that overweight and lack of exercise leads to roughly the same types of disease including cardiovascular diseases. However, more overweight people suffers from type 2 diabetes.
