Vi på BungyPump kom i kontakt med Birgitta Hultgren 65 år från Stockholm som drabbades av hjärtflimmer. Hon delgav sin berättelse om hur BungyPump hjälpt henne att förbättra hennes hälsa och vi ville i sin tur dela med oss av den till er!

BungyPump of Sweden in cooperation with ANWA, American Nordic Walking Association, starts up training of instructors for BungyPump Fitness Exercise.

BungyPump will educate instructors during these sessions in September:
- Sunday, September 1, 2013, Örnsköldsvik
- Monday, September 9 and Tuesday, September 10 (the education will be divided on two evenings) 2013, Gothenburg
- Sunday, September 22, 2013, Örnsköldsvik
Contents:
• General information of physical activity
• Information of the unique function of BungyPump
• Review of BungyPumps training programs, theoretical and practical
• Review of BungyPumps collection of exercises, theoretical and practical
The education includes:
• 1 pair of BungyPump Number One with 4-kilo resistance
• 1 pair of BungyPump Energy with 6-kilo resistance
• 5 training programs that contains different focus (eg, fat burning, fitness, strength)
• Our collection of BungyPump exercises

Between the 31th of July and the 3th of August, BungyPump participated at the fair Outdoor Retailer in Salt Lake City, US. We met a lot of visitors who were interested in BungyPump and we are glad that we have had a successful fair with many pleasant meetings!
